Incentive Measures Program 2026

The goal of the Incentive Measures Program is to create a year-round, diversified tourism product with an emphasis on the North of Montenegro, to create the prerequisites for balanced regional development, strengthen entrepreneurship, increase the participation of youth and women as service providers in tourism, follow modern trends related to the digitalization of the tourism industry, and better position Montenegro on the world tourism map.
