Pineview House is a mountain house located in the village of Rovačko Trebaljevo, just a few kilometres from the town of Kolašin. Surrounded by pine forest, meadows, and mountain views, it offers peace, privacy, and an authentic experience of northern Montenegro, while still being only a short drive from the town, ski resorts, Biogradska Gora National Park, Bjelasica mountain, and the Tara River. The house features two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room. A special atmosphere is created by the wood-burning fireplace, which turns the space into a true mountain home – perfect for winter evenings, family gatherings, and time with friends. Guests have free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and private parking at their disposal, while the spacious terrace and well-kept garden are ideal for morning coffee, a barbecue,e or children’s play.

Pineview House operates in line with the principles of sustainable tourism. We pay attention to saving energy and water, responsible heating, separating waste whenever possible, reducing single-use plastics, and supporting local producers and services. Our goal is for guests to enjoy full comfort while, together with us, helping to preserve the fragile mountain environment of Trebaljevo and Kolašin. An additional value of staying with us is GuesTool – an innovative guest app developed in Kolašin, which we use as a digital concierge. Through the app, guests have all key information about the house, house rules, and available amenities, as well as recommendations for trips, local attractions, and restaurants, plus an easy communication channel with the host. In this way, we improve the quality of service, make it easier for guests to organise their stay, and reduce the need for printed brochures and paper information, which perfectly fits our eco-friendly approach.
