The Public Institution Music Centre of Montenegro, established in 2006, is the country's leading institution for music culture and arts. Its core activities include the work of the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra and the Montenegrin Ballet Ensemble, as well as organizing chamber music concerts, publishing, and participating in international projects such as the Music up Close Network, Eurostrings, and Medinea.

As of 2024, JU MCCG has become a member of the Montenegro Convention Bureau in the Congress and Exhibition Venues category, further expanding its role in conference tourism. This Public Institution offers multifunctional spaces suitable for various events. The facility includes two concert halls: the Grand Hall, with a seating capacity of up to 470, and the Chamber Hall, accommodating up to 192 guests. Additional spaces include a multimedia room, a central lobby with a café and a spacious terrace, as well as numerous smaller rooms for meetings and delegate sessions.
