The procession of decorated boats moves from the Muljan Waterfront to the Harbor Master's Office, and judges choose and reward the most beautifully decorated boat. The goal of the event is to maintain the timeless traditions of coastal life, fishermen, sailors, and everyday citizens who have lived in Kotor and its nearby places from Morinj and Kostanjica to Stoliv. The task of participants in this festival is to decorate their boats as beautifully and originally as possible to send a specific message to visitors during the parade.
