In support of preserving the lake, bleak will not be served this year to protect this indigenous species during the fishing ban. Instead, visitors will enjoy 200 kilograms of fresh lake fish and 200 liters of local wine, offered free of charge.
In the competition segment, 26 exhibitors will present 66 wine samples. Young wines from the 2025 harvest will be evaluated by experts of 13. jul – Plantaže. Medals will be awarded for the best red, white, and rosé wines, as well as special recognitions for the highest-rated wine of the festival and the best wine from Crmnica.
On Saturday at 4 PM, the Visitor Center will host a round table discussion on the future of the Vranac grape variety and the condition of the fish stock in Lake Skadar.
The official opening ceremony begins on Saturday at 11 AM, followed by performances by Folklorni ansambl Rumija, Rajko Joličić, Akademia bend, Milena Ćeranić, and Nikola Bušković. On Sunday, the program continues with KUD Jedinstvo, Klapa Assa Voće, and Perper, followed by the awards ceremony for the best wines.
