International Carnival in Budva

From April 30 to May 4, Budva transforms into your stage of joy, music, and masks—under the vibrant slogan "Spreading Love"!

Picture this: a burst of colorful costumes, smiles from all over the world, street performers, DJs, live bands, dancing, fireworks, and an atmosphere that knows no borders. That’s what Budva looks like when it turns into a carnival wonderland.

It all kicks off with the cheerful Abrum, as carnival troupes take over the Riviera with music and dance – and you’re invited to join the party!

On May 1st, the Old Town becomes the ultimate festival hotspot—multiple stages, diverse performers, and energy you can feel in the air!
Then, on May 3rd, the celebration reaches its peak with a spectacular international parade – over 2,500 participants from all around the world!
And on May 4th – it’s the kids’ turn to shine, bringing joy and laughter with their own carnival that’ll have you smiling, even behind your mask!

All you need to do is check out the schedule, bring your good vibes, throw on a mask, and join the biggest spring celebration on the coast!
