The Panoramic Road “Sea and Heights” - More i visine - takes you along the impressive Montenegrin coastline. Explore the picturesque old towns on the Adriatic coast, beautiful beaches and the spectacular Bay of Kotor. But also enjoy the view from the peaks of the coastal mountains and the national parks Skadar Lake and Lovćen.

This panoramic road is not signposted yet. However, the route uses the existing roads. So, you can already explore the route!

Boka – Bay of Kotor

From Herceg Novi the route takes you along the shore once around the bay. Risan awaits you with Roman mosaics. Picturesque Perast and its islands Sveti Đorđe and Gospa od Škrpjela are the pearls of the bay. Stroll through the narrow streets in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kotor and enjoy the luxury of Porto Montenegro in Tivat.

Lovćen and Cetinje

The serpentine road up to Njeguši with its countless views of the bay of Kotor is famous. Discover the mausoleum of Petar II. Petrović Njegoš and enjoy National Park Lovćen. The panoramic road takes you to Cetinje, the cultural and historical centre of Montenegro.

The Budva Riviera

Mediterranean dreams come true! From Budva via Sveti Stefan to Petrovac the panoramic road runs along the Adriatic coast with its picturesque beaches. From there you cross the coastal mountains with fantastic views and reach the wine paradise of Crmnica.

On the shore of Lake Skadar

From Virpazar you can discover the Skadar Lake National Park. It is an important bird sanctuary and one of the last breeding grounds for Dalmatian pelicans. Past fishing villages and islands with monasteries, you travel along narrow roads towards the south of Montenegro.

Ulcinj and Bar

Velika Plaža - the long beach - and the river island Ada Bojana are the treasures of Ulcinj. But also the old town and endless olive groves are worth seeing. In Bar there is even a 2000-year-old olive tree. At the end of this panoramic road the old walls of Stari Bar are waiting for you to be discovered.
