Paragliding

Petar Lončar, the first pilot in the world to fly a paraglider across all seven continents, once said that, “Only Durmitor will be never forgotten!” Paragliding in Montenegro provides immense pleasure, whether you're flying over mountain lakes - known as mountain eyes - or gently spiraling down to the sunny beaches of Budva.

Meeting with Montenegro in the air!

Do you know how to choose the best takeoff point? Everything starts with your wishes. Choose the seashore if you enjoy the sea, beaches, and coastal cities! If you adore lakes, mountains, and forests, then head north!

Where can you find the most breathtaking gliding spots? The most popular takeoffs start from Visitor - above Lake Plav, Brajić - above Budva, then the takeoff points near Bijelo Polje, Mojkovac, Berane, Pljevlja, and Dizdarica, as well as above Herceg Novi. A scenic takeoff can also start from more urban locations like Kotor, Petrovac and Bar, Podgorica, and Žabljak.

What paragliding options are there?

Prefer flying solo, literally? Your sense of independence will necessitate rigorous training with a certified pilot. Not to worry, there are numerous training-licensed schools in the area.

If you want to meet a paraglider and have an unforgettable experience in the air, all you need is a wish and a tandem flight with an instructor.
