Great for visitors, participants and supporters: Montenegro is easy to reach, has short distances, can be entered visa-free, and has no restrictions at the airport for the competition. Also for those looking forward to experience the nature, culture and beaches - the "hotpot of adventures" is there to discover, and the Adriatic Seacoast just around the corner.

The Last World Championships in 2008 Lučenec, Slovakia, hosted 198 competitors from 28 countries. In Montenegro, already today 30 nations have confirmed their participation.
For the future, the general aviation airport of Nikšić will have potential as entry point for individual and small groups tourism, receiving individual private planes and delivering hangar services. Further use is foreseen as operation center for Montenegro´s Mountain Rescue Services (GSS) and fire fighting.
With 80 years of tradition, Aero Club Nikšić has a wide range of experience in organising all kinds of aeronautical competitions. The Club has the „Diplôme d'honneur“ of FAI. Aero Club Podgorica was founded in 1999 and has organised 4 times National Parachuting Championships, 6 times Adriatic Parachuting Cup (2001-2008) 5 times Paraski Cup „Durmitor“ (2000-2004) and 10th World Paraski Parachuting Championships in 2005 in Zabljak, which many of the delegates will well remember. The growing image and services as a trendy and attractive tourism destination enable Montenegro not only to host such international events but also top level meetings and congresses with tailormade pre- and post event packages.
Montenegro Convention Bureau is happy to host the next IPC (International Parachuting Committee) Plenary Meeting, which will take Place in Bar, 25-30 January 2011. Montenegro is expecting to welcome about 100 delegates from over 30 countries.
