Within the Museum of Natural History, there are 12 collections systematized according to the species of living organisms: a collection of nonvertebrae, angiosperms and ferns, moss, mammals, fish, reptiles, birds, mushrooms, algae, amphibians, as well as an entomological and palaeozoological collection.

The exhibition items in the Town Museum are of invaluable artistic and historic value and bear witness about the eventful history of the region through a period of thousands of years.

Within the Memorial home there is a Museum of the Revolution with archive (documents, photoghraphs, letters and printed items) from the time of the forming of the first communist community at the Adriatic coast, founded in 1920.
