The museum, located in the building of the Home of Sobriety from 1935, has an archaeological collection as well as an ethnographic and a historic collection.

It shows the history of Upper Polimlje from prehistory to the present day. Among others, there are findings from archaeologic localitys Beran Krš, Lisijevo Polje, Šudikovo; items from the Middle ages as well as items from the ethnographich collection which demonstrate the variety of folclore creativity.
