The Ski Caravan, Organized by NTO, Is Heading Towards Kolašin
Two days ago the amount of snow in the ski resorts “Savin kuk“, “Javorovača”, “Kolašin 1450”, and “Vučje“ attracted skiers, boarders, and other visitors who enjoy the snow, and also many children, despite mild rain. On the 21st January 2013 the Ski Caravan gathered about one hundred interested people in Podgorica for a free bus ride to the ski resort “Kolašin 1450“ which is part of the campaign “Go to Snow”. Next weekend, the Ski Caravan will be heading to the ski resorts “Vučje” and “Savin kuk“.
Director of NTO, Saša Radović, stated with pleasure that the road and power supply infrastructure had been fully stabilized so that ski resorts could continue their work at the previous pace. He informed the media that the skiers were getting back to the ski slopes, that all ski resorts started working with their full capacities and even though the weather conditions were not ideal, there were enough visitors. It is expected that the winter season will last until April. He invited all those who are working in tourism industry to engage all their efforts and additionally attract tourists in order to annul the losses from previous days.
Within the campaign “Go to Snow” NTO has also organized the photo competition “Ski and Take Photos” within which best photos with winter motives will be awarded every week. All those who would like to take part in this competition can send photos to the following email: email@example.com.
